Website Terms and Conditions

Entrepreneur Life Global and Systems Bae, Inc. (SystemsBAE) | Effective January 1, 2023

1. Company and acceptance

These Terms and Conditions apply to all present and future products, services, programs, events, digital resources, consulting engagements, educational materials, and other offerings supplied by Entrepreneur Life Global and Systems Bae, Inc. (SystemsBAE) (each a “Company” and collectively the “Companies”). The entity identified on a customer’s invoice, checkout, or signed agreement is the contracting provider. These Terms do not automatically make either entity responsible for obligations undertaken solely by the other. By purchasing, registering, accessing, or using an offering, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by law.

2. Eligibility and lawful use

Entrepreneur Life Global and Systems Bae, Inc. (SystemsBAE) do not knowingly accept purchases, registrations, contracts, payments, applications, or participation from individuals under 18 years of age. Our sites and offerings are intended only for adults age 18 or older with legal capacity to contract. By accessing an offering, registering, submitting payment, or entering into an agreement with either Company, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. The Companies will reject or terminate unauthorized participation by minors and handle associated payments in accordance with applicable law. You agree not to misuse our sites, interfere with access, transmit malicious code, impersonate others, or use our resources for unlawful purposes.

3. What we provide

The Company may introduce, modify, or discontinue offerings at any time. The scope, deliverables, timelines, access, and fees for each purchase are those stated on the applicable sales page, order form, or signed agreement. No particular service, deliverable, technology implementation, or professional advice is included unless expressly confirmed in writing.

4. Digital products and license

When payment is accepted, we grant the purchaser a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access and customize purchased templates for the purchaser’s own internal business operations. The purchaser may share completed internal policies with its employees and authorized contractors solely to operate that business. The purchaser may not resell, sublicense, redistribute source templates, publish them as a competing product, offer them to clients as standalone templates, or remove proprietary notices. Multi-company, agency, franchise, resale, or client-delivery uses require our written permission or a separate license. No intellectual property ownership transfers.

5. AI-assisted customization

Some resources teach customers to use artificial intelligence to adapt procedures, policies, or other operational documents. AI outputs can contain mistakes, omissions, outdated information, or inappropriate provisions. You must independently verify accuracy, confidentiality, suitability, and legal compliance before using generated materials. Do not enter sensitive employee, customer, or confidential information into an AI service unless you have authority and appropriate protections. We do not warrant outputs generated by third-party AI systems.

6. Consulting and client participation

Clients must provide timely, accurate information, access to relevant decision makers, feedback, approvals, and required materials. Delays or incomplete information may affect milestones. Recommendations depend on the information supplied and on implementation by the client. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, we do not assume day-to-day management authority or responsibility for the client’s regulatory compliance, employment decisions, financial outcomes, or business operations.

7. Fees, payments, and subscriptions

Prices and payment schedules are disclosed at purchase or in a signed agreement. You authorize the payment provider to process agreed charges, including installments or recurring subscriptions where explicitly selected. A payment plan is a commitment to the total agreed price, not a month-to-month cancellation right, unless the applicable agreement says otherwise. Late or failed payments may result in suspended access or paused services, subject to applicable law and contractual notice requirements. Taxes, travel, and third-party expenses are additional only where disclosed.

8. Refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Neither Entrepreneur Life Global nor Systems Bae, Inc. (SystemsBAE) offers voluntary refunds on any products, services, programs, subscriptions, digital resources, or other offerings, including unused access, scheduling failures, or changes of mind. This policy applies to every payment method and provider, except where a refund or other remedy is required by nonwaivable applicable law or an express written agreement signed by the contracting Company. Cancellation or discontinuation of participation does not erase outstanding agreed payment obligations. The uniform cancellation and scheduling provisions below apply to all services.

9. Payment disputes and chargebacks

ALL PAYMENT DISPUTES ARE TAKEN SERIOUSLY. A customer must not knowingly make a false statement to a bank, card issuer, payment provider, or government authority about authorization, delivery, access, cancellation, or the nature of a transaction. A customer’s dissatisfaction, change of mind, failure to use purchased access, or failure to meet scheduling requirements does not itself establish an unauthorized transaction or entitlement to a refund. Customers should promptly send billing questions and requests for correction to [email protected]; contacting us is not a prerequisite to exercising any nonwaivable dispute right and does not extend applicable dispute deadlines. Entrepreneur Life Global and Systems Bae, Inc. (SystemsBAE), through the affected contracting Company, WILL contest fraudulent chargebacks and preserve and submit lawful evidence, including checkout acknowledgments, signed contracts, receipts, identity and authorization evidence, delivery and access logs, correspondence, and scheduling records, to payment providers, investigators, courts, or counsel. The contracting Company retains the right to respond to other disputed transactions through applicable procedures. Where reliable evidence indicates intentional deception, identity misuse, theft of services, or other suspected criminal conduct, the affected Company WILL report that evidence to appropriate law enforcement authorities and request investigation and prosecution. Only public authorities determine whether to investigate, bring criminal charges, or prosecute. The affected Company WILL pursue available lawful civil remedies for fraudulent transactions, intentional breaches, unpaid contractual obligations, and documented losses, including outstanding balances, legally recoverable damages, collection costs, court costs, and attorney fees where authorized by contract or applicable law. A chargeback does not by itself extinguish an underlying contractual payment obligation, subject to applicable law and any binding resolution; amounts already recovered will be credited to prevent duplicate recovery. No provision guarantees prosecution, a favorable dispute decision, or a particular recovery. Nothing in this section prohibits a good faith billing dispute, truthful complaint, reporting unlawful conduct, or exercising federal or state rights, including protections applicable while a qualifying billing dispute is investigated.

10. Scheduling and availability

All services follow the same cancellation and scheduling policy. Unless a signed agreement expressly states otherwise, an initial discovery appointment must be scheduled within five (5) calendar days after payment, service commencement must be scheduled within ten (10) calendar days, and unused services expire if not scheduled within ninety (90) calendar days. The Company may contact clients by phone, email, text, or direct message to coordinate, but clients remain responsible for scheduling on time. Rescheduling must be requested in writing and depends on availability. Cancellation, nonattendance, failure to provide materials, or missed client deadlines do not create a right to a refund and may result in loss of access or forfeiture of payment, subject to applicable law. The Company aims to complete contracted work by the agreed project end date, subject to client cooperation, written changes, and circumstances outside reasonable control. Specific deliverables are those confirmed in writing.

11. Intellectual property

All proprietary frameworks, methods, SOPs, processes, systems, templates, designs, logos, graphics, videos, recordings, workbooks, and training materials belonging to Entrepreneur Life Global, Systems Bae, Inc. (SystemsBAE), or their licensors remain protected intellectual property. Purchase does not transfer ownership. Customers receive only the limited internal business use license expressly granted for the purchased product. Unauthorized copying, sharing, uploading to public libraries, resale, sublicensing, distribution, repackaging, white labeling, teaching from our materials as your own, or using the content to create competing products is prohibited. A purchaser may customize a purchased SOP or policy for its own business operations but may not sell or distribute the source template or substantially similar derivative template.

12. Confidentiality and submissions

Each party should protect nonpublic business information received in the engagement, subject to any executed nondisclosure or consulting agreement and lawful disclosure obligations. Clients must not submit sensitive personal or confidential information through public forms unnecessarily. Unless separately authorized in writing, the Companies will not publicly publish identifiable client testimonials, case studies, logos, photos, videos, or business results. Where a client voluntarily submits approved promotional material, the applicable Company receives a nonexclusive license to display it for the agreed purpose, subject to the permission provided. The Companies may remove abusive or unlawful submissions.

13. Educational information and professional advice

Our materials and recommendations provide business operations education and strategic consulting, not legal, tax, investment, accounting, medical, or mental health advice. Templates require review and adaptation for the customer’s jurisdiction, industry, employees, and facts. Consult appropriately licensed professionals when needed.

14. No earnings or outcome guarantees

We do not guarantee revenue, profits, funding, investment readiness, acquisition, business valuation, staffing results, or any particular operational outcome. Examples and testimonials describe individual experiences and do not predict your results.

15. Third-party services and availability

We may use third party payment processors and other service providers for billing, scheduling, communications, hosting, marketing, and delivery. Providers and payment methods may change without requiring an amendment to these Terms. By submitting payment, you authorize the Company and its designated payment providers to process the transaction and any installment or recurring charges you expressly agreed to. All purchases remain subject to our no refund policy, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Payment information is handled under the applicable processor’s privacy and security practices. Other third party services have their own terms and privacy practices. We may revise, retire, or discontinue products and hosted access. Where practical, we will give reasonable notice and a chance to download materials before permanent retirement, but indefinite access is not promised unless expressly sold as such.

16. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, websites, programs, materials, products, and services are provided as is, without implied warranties or guarantees beyond an express signed agreement. Entrepreneur Life Global and Systems Bae, Inc. (SystemsBAE) and their respective owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including lost profits or business opportunities, to the extent law permits. The contracting Company’s aggregate liability for a particular paid offering will not exceed the amount actually paid for that offering, except where law prohibits such a limit. These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

17. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, clients agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Entrepreneur Life Global, Systems Bae, Inc. (SystemsBAE), Connie S. Falls, and their employees, contractors, and affiliates from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from clients' unlawful conduct, misuse of either Company’s materials, breach of these Terms, or implementation decisions, except to the extent caused by the indemnified party’s own wrongful conduct.

18. Governing law and disputes

Georgia law governs these Terms and disputes arising from transactions with either Georgia based Company, without regard to conflict of law rules, except where mandatory law applies. Subject to applicable jurisdictional and consumer protection rules, the parties consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in the state or federal courts serving the Georgia county where the contracting Company maintains its principal office. Any provision found unenforceable will be limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

19. Changes, severability, and contact

We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised effective date. Material changes to existing paid engagements will be governed by the applicable agreement and law. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Questions: [email protected]. Website: https://www.conniefalls.com. The stated January 1, 2023 effective date does not retroactively impose newly introduced provisions on earlier purchases; revisions apply prospectively through notice and acceptance to the extent required by the applicable agreement and law.

Client-specific use and exclusivity

Unless the Companies expressly agree otherwise in writing, services and deliverables are solely for the purchasing client or entity. They may not be transferred, shared, or performed by a third party on the contracting Company’s behalf during the engagement.

Conduct, false statements, and reputational harm

Clients retain the right to provide truthful feedback, reviews, complaints, and legally protected statements. Entrepreneur Life Global, Systems Bae, Inc. (SystemsBAE), Connie S. Falls, and their respective owners, officers, employees, contractors, representatives, and agents reserve all available legal remedies against knowingly false statements of fact, actionable defamation, unlawful harassment, threats, and other unlawful conduct. Such conduct may result in termination of services without refund, subject to applicable law. Where legally actionable conduct occurs, the affected Company or individual WILL pursue appropriate lawful remedies, including damages, injunctive relief where available, and recoverable legal expenses. Clients should direct service concerns to [email protected] for attempted resolution. Nothing in this section prohibits truthful criticism, legally protected opinions or reports, or cooperation with regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

No shows, project delays, and completion

Failure to attend a booked session, respond to requests, supply required materials, or approve work on time may delay completion, suspend delivery, or cause forfeiture of unused services under the applicable agreement. The parties will document material scope changes and revised deadlines in writing.

Acceptance and entire agreement

Payment by checkout, wire, direct deposit, or another accepted method, or use of purchased access, constitutes acknowledgment of these Terms to the extent enforceable. These Terms, the applicable offer and any signed service agreement constitute the parties’ agreement; where a signed agreement expressly conflicts, its specific provisions control. No informal statement changes these Terms unless confirmed in an authorized writing.

Unauthorized resale and copyright enforcement

Entrepreneur Life Global and Systems Bae, Inc. (SystemsBAE) retain all ownership rights in their respective copyrighted materials, including digital products, templates, training materials, documents, proprietary content, and other original works. Unauthorized reproduction, sharing, distribution, resale, publication, sublicensing, white labeling, or commercial exploitation of protected materials is strictly prohibited except as expressly authorized by the applicable license or advance written permission. Where infringement occurs, the affected Company WILL pursue available legal remedies under the United States Copyright Act, including statutory damages of up to $150,000 per copyrighted work for willful infringement where authorized under 17 U.S.C. § 504(c). This is not an automatic award per sale, download, transaction, or infraction; the court determines the award under the statute and its rules for counting works. The affected Company WILL also seek appropriate injunctive relief under 17 U.S.C. § 502, actual damages and attributable infringement profits not already included in actual damages where elected and permitted under 17 U.S.C. § 504(b), and recoverable attorney fees and costs where authorized under 17 U.S.C. § 505 or other applicable law. Statutory damages are an alternative to actual damages and profits, not an additional award for the same infringement. Eligibility for statutory damages and attorney fees is subject to applicable registration requirements, registration timing, statutory deadlines, and other conditions, including 17 U.S.C. §§ 411 and 412. Generally, statutory damages and attorney fees are unavailable for infringement commencing before registration, subject to the statutory exception for registration within three months after first publication and other applicable statutory exceptions. The affected Company WILL seek an accounting of revenue attributable to unauthorized exploitation and recovery of legally recoverable proceeds, subject to proof, deductible expenses, apportionment, and applicable limitations. No provision imposes an automatic licensing penalty, grants a license through infringement or payment after infringement, guarantees a particular recovery, or permits duplicate compensation for the same injury. The Companies WILL preserve evidence, issue appropriate infringement notices, demand removal of unauthorized materials, and pursue enforcement through available legal channels.

Copyright notices, takedowns, and access enforcement

We may embed identifying purchase information or other lawful tracking markers in digital downloads, use access controls and unique delivery links, maintain purchase and download logs, and investigate suspected unauthorized distribution in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or revoke access following a material license violation, subject to applicable law. We may send copyright infringement notices to hosting platforms, marketplaces, search services, and payment providers. Report suspected infringement to [email protected] with the listing URL, seller identity if known, and supporting evidence.
